NeuraFrame Studio™ is licensed per device. Start free for 7 days, then subscribe monthly or annually. Licenses are bound to the device and enforce their own expiry.

This reads the device fingerprint, asks for your email, and installs a signed 7-day trial license for this device. Check how long is left at any time:

Activate a paid license

Enter the email tied to your subscription. A signed license for this device is issued and installed. Plans:

Keeping a license current
A connected device refreshes its license automatically before expiry. You can also refresh on demand:

Cancellation
Cancel any time. Your license stays active until the end of the paid period: monthly plans through the end of the paid month, annual plans through the end of the paid year. After that the device enters pass-through mode unless renewed. See the Refund Policy.
Pass-through mode
If the trial or a paid license expires, NeuraFrame™ does not stop your model. It enters pass-through mode: reuse, routing, memory, and workflow features switch off and every request goes straight to your model, so nothing breaks. You simply lose the reuse savings until you renew. Activating or renewing a license restores full features immediately.
Offline and air-gapped activation
For devices without internet, licenses can be issued as a signed file and dropped in place. Request offline activation from the Account page or by email; you provide the device fingerprint (shown by neuraframe license) and receive a license file to install.
Moving to a new device
Licenses are node-locked. To move a subscription, open the Account page, use Transfer on the device, and enter the new device fingerprint (or deactivate the old device and activate the new one). Fleet transfers can be arranged with support.
