This policy explains what information NeuraFrame Studio™ collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to provide licensing, billing, and support.
Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We store only a billing customer identifier needed to manage your subscription.
To issue and verify licenses, process subscriptions, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
NeuraFrame Studio™ runs locally on your device. Your prompts, documents, and workflow content stay on your device. Licensing communication is limited to the device fingerprint, license status, and activation details.
We keep account, license, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing.
