These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NeuraFrame Studio™ website, software, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
NeuraFrame Studio™ is software that operates around existing AI models and workflows to preserve verified work and reduce repeated model calls. The Service is licensed, not sold.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and any device on which the software is installed. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
NeuraFrame Studio™ is licensed per device. A free trial is available for a limited period per device. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per device. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
You may cancel at any time. Your license remains active until the end of the paid billing period, after which the software enters pass-through mode unless renewed. See the Refund Policy.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or circumvent the licensing of the software, and not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. License terms are detailed in the End User License Agreement.
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Performance results depend on your workloads, models, and hardware, and are not guaranteed. NeuraFrame™ does not create universal speedups; novel inputs still require model work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuraFrame Studio™ and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
